Privacy Policy

01 The short version

This website is a static brochure site. It has no login, no account system, no database and no analytics or advertising trackers. The contact form does not send anything to us over the internet — it opens your own email application with the fields already filled in, and nothing is transmitted until you press send in your own email client.

02 Information you give us directly

If you contact us by email, telephone or through the contact form (which routes via your own email client), we receive whatever you choose to include. That typically means:

• Your name
• Your organisation or department
• Your email address and telephone number
• The content of your message

We use this information only to reply to you, to discuss a possible engagement, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

03 Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, the servers that deliver these pages keep standard technical logs. These are created by our hosting provider, not by us, and typically include IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. They exist for security and reliability, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or session-tracking scripts.

04 Third parties

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and standard request information, governed by Google's own privacy policy. This is the only third-party request the site makes.

Our hosting provider processes traffic in order to serve the site. If you are engaged with us commercially, separate agreements will govern how any project data is handled — this policy covers the website only.

05 Where information is held

Correspondence you send us is held in our business email systems. For client engagements, data residency and hosting location are agreed in the engagement contract, and we support India-resident hosting where required. This website itself stores nothing about you.

06 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and thereafter for as long as required for legitimate business, tax and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

07 Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information of yours we hold
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Erase information we no longer need to keep
• Withdraw any consent you have previously given
• Raise a grievance about how we have handled your information

08 Children

This website is intended for businesses and institutions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

09 Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
